EnergieXPro® is a SEAI registered contractor and our electrical installers are Registered Electrical Contractors (RECs), fully compliant with all relevant regulations. We have successfully completed a large number of solar PV projects in Ireland, but we are not just into solar PV. We build complex systems, bespoke most of the time, where we combine solar PV with battery storage, heating systems, hot water systems and electric car chargers. We offer complete renewable energy systems that work and that is where our success is stemming from.
Brian Conneely has global expertise in business development and growth management, investment facilitation of third party capital, start-up capitalisation strategies, risk management, deal structuring, and forming strategic alliances. He honed his skills while implementing projects in Bulgaria, Turkey, UAE, Georgia, Spain, Gibraltar and South Africa. Among his strengths are negotiation skills, building shareholder value, team-building and leading, product and company positioning, investor relations.
Since 2012 Mr. Conneely has accumulated extensive knowledge and developed partnerships in the renewable energy sector. Mr Conneely started building his own green energy company in Western Europe in 2016 as owner and Director of West Eco Recycling Ireland ltd, a sustainability services and solutions provider with aim to build recognised brands such as WPM Green Energy and EnergieXPro®.
Gerard Barry started as an entrepreneur, passionate and experienced in retail sales and management. He has vast experience in researching and sourcing new technologies and fully understands product specifications to ensure suitability to customer needs, as well as to negotiate with suppliers and manufactures to secure uninterrupted supply and stable market position.
His innovative insights enable him to identify niche markets within the solar energy sector and coordinate and oversee various different projects at a time. He is focused on client satisfaction and customised energy solutions. He has extensive application experience with electrical system design MEP design, coordination and estimation on the material and manpower on solar installation in France and Ireland.
Paul Gaughan started his career as a Master diagnostic Technician with Toyota, Lexus and BMW. Later he moved into management and was responsible for the After-sales departments with one the largest motor retail groups in Ireland. Mr Gaughan has completed a number of Customer Relations courses with Toyota and Lexus and was qualified as a Service Manager with BMW UK and Ireland training process.
He also implemented several training courses for staff on Customer retention and a Customer Care program. In relation to the sustainable energy sector, he acquired his SUA (Small unmanned aircraft) PILOT COMPETENCY CERTIFICATE from the IRISH AVIATION AUTHORITY, unerwent a course at FlyRyte Drone Academy and Safe Drone Academy. He is responsible for all on-site and remote drone surveys as well as energy use and generation analysis using professional software such as Helioscope, PVSol, PV Syst.
