EnergieXPro®  aims to deliver to each client an accurate forecast of the electricity production capacity of their future solar system for the duration of its lifespan and the optimal way to integrate it with the existing electrical system. In order to do that EnergieXPro®  has to conduct a site survey and be given access to the client’s premises.

A solar PV site survey involves the visit of one of our engineers who will carry out a drone survey and install an Energy Data Logger to record real time energy usage for a 7 to 14-day period. A thorough site inspection including a check on present electrical installation along with analysis of present energy bills. It is much appreciated if the client has ready to supply:

• Plans of his property (roof or grounds where the Solar PV modules will be)
• Electricity bills for the last 12 months
• Any building or energy efficiency certificates they may have obtained

After all the information is collected and input in our specialised software, EnergieXPro will be able to identify:

• The optimum location of a PV array in relation to system performance (yields) Vs location constraints.
• Solar panel mounting options
• Any structural requirements in relation to the additional loads imposed on roofs and buildings by solar PV panels
• Roof measurements and roof condition
• Capacity and condition of existing power system
• Local shading considerations in relation to chimneys, trees and other buildings which might affect the performance of a solar PV installation
• Any electrical, roof, ground or other works that will be required at the installation site before a PV system can be commissioned
• Any potential on-site hazards and risks related to a PV system and its installation
• Any possible grid connection restrictions and electrical works required before grid connection
• Any planning permission considerations and applicable building regulations

Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC)

For each project EnergieXPro® takes up the role of EPC contractor, which means that it is responsible for all the activities from design, procurement, installation, to commissioning and handover of the project to the End-User or Owner.

The process starts by calculating the energy needs of the client and defining the components of the PV Solar System and their technical specifications. This is done by combining an industry-specific software and the experience of our engineers. After the configuration and positioning of the system is decided on, the team of installers is engaged to mount the PV module array onto a roof or on the ground. The electricians’ team then connects the system and makes it operational. A smart-monitoring device is installed that allows both EnergieXPro® team and the customer to see the amount of energy generated and its use in real time.

As a last step, the project manager hands over the completed and operational system together with a Handover pack containing all the paperwork required to maintain the system, claim warranty, apply for a grant or for planning permission

Maintenance

It is important that regular maintenance is carried out on your solar panel system. Undertaking regular maintenance will ensure your solar panel system is operating safely, correctly and efficiently.

Over time dust and debris will build up on your solar panels, which may compromise the performance of your solar panel system. In addition, water and moisture seepage, vermin, hail, wind and sunlight can all cause damage or deterioration to your system.

By ensuring regular routine maintenance is undertaken, you can ensure your solar panel system is safe for everyone living in the premises, along with electrical workers working on the distribution network. Routine maintenance will also ensure system performance is maintained, allowing you to maximise savings on your power bills for many years.

Just like running a car, regular servicing is the best way to ensure your solar panel system keeps operating safely, correctly and efficiently. Unlike typical electrical products, turning a solar panel system ‘off’ at the switch does not mean that the components no longer pose an electrical hazard. In addition, for roof mounted systems, some maintenance tasks may need to be conducted on the roof which poses additional hazards.

EnergieXPro® guarantees the supply against defects directly and solely attributable to defective workmanship or materials for one year. Major components carry the product specific manufacturer warranties (Please refer to specific product warranty cards).

Terms and Conditions

Finance Models

EnergieXPro prepares for each client a detailed pricing breakdown as of the scope of work for the project and offers the following Payment options:

  • Projects fully paid up by Client
  • Partly financed project price by a suitable Finance Partner of EnergieXPro
  • Fully financed project price by a suitable Finance Partner of EnergieXPro

 

The options that include finance are subject to the client providing financial information about themselves and their company, such as Annual Returns, Tax Certificate, Turnover for the last 6 months, bank statements, etc. depending of the requirements if the Financing entity. 

After an evaluation of the client by our Finance Partner, they will receive a Finance Offer with a detailed Repayment plan (repayment period can vary between 36 and 180 months depending on the scale and value of the project). In case, that is accepted, EnergieXPro, can start the Project right away.
